TROUBLESHOOTING

Common Android app questions

Check that the Windows Listener is running, both devices are on the same reachable network, and the network does not isolate Wi-Fi clients.
Confirm the selected server is correct, enter the current Listener PIN, and make sure the Listener has an available client slot.
Use duplicate-scan protection. If repeated scans are intentional, enable the setting that allows the same barcode to be scanned continuously.
Before scanning, click the exact field in the Windows application where the barcode should be entered.
Improve lighting and distance, keep the barcode clearly in view, or use manual barcode entry when needed.
