QUICK START

Start scanning in six steps

Install the Listener

Install and launch PhoneScan2PC Listener on the Windows PC.

Set Server Name

Use a clear PC name so Android users can identify it easily.

Set the PIN

Configure the four-digit access PIN.

Choose max clients

Select 1–10 simultaneous phone connections.

Connect Android

Discover the PC, select it and enter the PIN.

Scan into Windows

Click the target field in Windows, then scan from the phone.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the phone cannot see or connect to the PC

The Listener must be started and available before Android can discover or connect to it.
Phone and PC should be on the same reachable network. Guest Wi-Fi or client isolation may prevent discovery.
Allow PhoneScan2PC Listener through Windows Firewall on the appropriate private/local network profile.
Use the PIN currently configured in the Listener. If it changed, reconnect with the new PIN.
If all allowed client slots are occupied, another phone cannot connect until a slot is free.

A Windows computer running PhoneScan2PC Listener.

Android Device

An Android phone with the PhoneScan2PC app installed.

Reachable Network

The phone and PC must be able to communicate across the local network.
